The Fringe Festival.

This year we are incorporating a range of fringe events and hope to have something fun to suit every taste.

On Friday night after the launch we will have live music in the Loch Garman Arms and Saturday night the Festival Dinner will be followed at 10pm with a traditional session.

In the run up to the festival we will be running Poetry and Art competitions for primary and secondary students from in North Wexford and Carnew.

As part of the Byrne Perry History & Heritage Festival we have free events happening throughout Gorey Town.

12.00 Walking Tour of Gorey from the Market House
12.00 Philip Noonan Exhibition in the Market House. Philip’s sculptures have been described as ‘Something that crawled off a Tim Burton set and died.’ Not to be missed
2.00: 1916 Exhibition in the Market House
2.00 ‘Who Do You Think You Are?’ with Geneologist John Nangle in the Market House
2.00 Film Documentaries in Gorey School of Art
2.30 Sean Nos singing with Colm Brennan in the Upper School, Christchurch
5.30 Percival Lea Wilson Lecture and the Harry CLarke Windows by Willie Willoughby in Christchurch
